  • Cindy Woolfrey is a registered provisional psychologist who holds Master’s Degrees in both Counselling Psychology and Education. Cindy’s past experiences as a teacher and guidance counsellor, a trainer and educator in the health and fitness industry, and an ADHD consultant have provided her with a deep understanding about the multiple components that contribute to optimal health. Struggling in any one facet of our lives impacts all others, as every aspect is connected to the whole. Cindy provides personalized counselling for adults and teens, as well as couples therapy, and psychoeducational, behavioral, and clinical assessments. She utilizes an integrative approach from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. Cindy tailors therapy to the unique needs, goals, and personalities of her clients. She believes therapy is about gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves, shifting our perspectives to discover possibilities, and making the changes that allow everything to be a little bit easier. Incorporating a trauma informed, culturally respectful, inclusive, and client- focussed approach to her work, Cindy believes her clients hold the key to their own healing and success and walks alongside each one, working collaboratively towards growth. Her specialties lie in the realms of neurodiversity, educational success, and health, with decades of research and experience in these fields behind her. She supports clients in many areas, including ADHD, anxiety, burnout, career changes, depression, emotional dysregulation, grief, health, identity, interpersonal issues, life transitions, relationship difficulties, sleep, stress, and trauma.

Cindy loves travelling and spent two years exploring SE Asia while living and working in Hong Kong. Her family loves to travel to hot places with water, but also does a lot of camping in our own rocky mountain backyard. Activity in the outdoors is what feeds her soul; mountains, oceans, and lakes are ideal, but even a walk outside with her dogs feels like perfection if the sun is shining. Cindy is an extreme extrovert and is energized by the people around her.
